Pioneer has incorporated the dreaded SYNC button in their new NEXUS DJ system setup (pictured on the top half) that basically mimics what midi controllers have been doing for the last few years.  Aside from a fancy set of weighted jog wheels, you don’t really need to spend over $9000 more to have the pseudo luxury of touch screen functions.  If you’ve got money to burn, then you obviously should not be reading this.  Oh, by the way, the Traktor F1’s with the S4 (pictured on the bottom half) will serve the competition on a platter.  Sorry Pioneer, but the $9000 saved can accommodate a pretty sick-ass Macbook Pro and a ton of Beatport dollars.
