I’ve always taken a lean towards the advice of overweight chefs. In the subject of burgers, I want a hefty meat and potatoes honcho behind a masterpiece slab of grilled ground chuck. Although his creation varies from my vision of burger perfection (just some ketchup and a robust pickle slice), this man knows a good damn burger, right down to his personal meat grinder. I mean, who grinds their own meat! All done in a tightened compartmentalized kitchen, his advice is golden, and I didn’t even know about the steam maneuver to provide for the perfect cheese melt. Just when you think you know how to make a burger, along comes this guy. If you are on one of those hopeful diets, this video will make you curl up into a ball and scream to the gods: WHY? WHY? WHY?
