It is exactly what it is: a smart watch.  It can be synced to your smart phone of choice and features SMS messages, incoming caller ID, calendar alerts, and some pretty nifty watch faces with some nice minimal touches.  All done via bluetooth.  It is called the Pebble ($150) and it does not feature an mp3 player like the discontinued iPod nano, but it might work its way into your busy life if you happen to be too busy to pick up your bulky device.  Yes, this is what we’ve come to as a race: a smart gadget for your smart gadget.  Go figure…
