The incredible design of these new Logitech speakers add some peripheral visual excitement to video games and movies when connected to your desktop computer through the clever use of their RGB-lighting-sync-technology built right in the back of each speaker. But its just not all about aesthetic visuals and matching color schemes, it gets more creative than that, in more of a reactive manner. In a nutshell, when the cops chase you in a driving game like GTA, the lights flash red and blue like police beacon lights. When you bleed or burn in a first person game of combat, prepare for some glowing ember hues of red, yellow, and orange. Cool, right? Here is the link for the official G560 site.
The Logitech G560 LIGHTSYNC Speakers ($200), coupled with the Logitech G513 Carbon Mechanical Backlit Keyboard ($150) pushes the envelope for a quality audio-visual gaming experience. Pictures do not do enough justice here for the level of design and build, so I found an unboxing video that delivers all the punches, along with their official promo clip.
I have to say that the price point ($350) for this system is pretty modest for what it can do.
