Yes, this abstract blur of senseless orbs hanging off strings can be turned into a compelling work of art when viewed at the correct angle.  It is hanging in its glory in a gallery showing by artist Michael Murphy to demonstrate the order of disorder.  It also just goes to show how abstract chaos can be made into readily recognizable forms at the blink of an eye.   I would like to see more variations of this concept with a variety of objects.  Amazing work!
