Well I guess it has many uses other than corporate spying, but the IRIScan Mouse ($80) is an amazing tool if you need to grab some data quick.  It has built in corrective technology, so you can scan over a surface like a chalkboard eraser, and it will scan on the computer monitor with real time imaging.  Much like you see in medical clinics.  Amazing!
