We all know umbrellas are still the most dignified way of not looking like a wet dog on those dreary wet days, but most of those one buttoned flickers usually fall prey to some nasty wind gusts, but a precocious little Taiwanese student has developed a little enhancement to the traditional device by creating a clam shell design to keep you safe and secure from the raging elements.  He calls it the Rain Shield ($TBA)
