These are TF-10 Earbuds in a  Steampunk Design  ($450) by a company called Cosmic Ears that are hand made, custom designed, and built by special order only to ensure a snug fit.  They are notably one of the best monitor buds on the market, and these Swedish lads swear by it.  I think they saw the movie Hugo one too many times, but I gotta admit, they look pretty sinister.
