I have seen a lot of vinyl, but Paul C Mawhinney, owner and “curator” of Record Rama seems to have one of the largest, or THE largest records collection in the world.  It is interesting to note that the collection just sold to one of the founding engineers of the MP3 format.  Life is funny!
