A ruler with a built in pencil sharpener and a slot to keep the pencil… wow!

I admit, some of the simplest things get me going, but in all this high tech hand held electronic madness, sometimes you gotta go retro in style with a new twist- no pun intended.

For some crazy reason, I still use a ruler, so the folks at thinkgeek.com have unearthed this modestly priced rosewood ruler ($12) with all the fixins.  No- it doesn’t have that cheap roller that can read you the distance in cm or inches, and it does not have any angle slots for drawing precise arcs… It’s just a F%CKIN’ RULER!
